1. Provider and scope
Timule is provided by Legacy Lab Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17082307, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. These proposed terms cover the Timule app, supporting services and related website resources.
2. Eligibility
A minimum age, rules for minors, territory availability and consumer-specific terms have not yet been approved. These points must be resolved before the terms take effect.
3. Accounts
Timule supports email and password, Google and, where supported, Sign in with Apple. Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorised to control. Contact Legacy Lab if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Memories, Journeys and other content
Timule lets users create and share Memories, media, places, Memory Journeys, Revisits, comments, messages and other content. Only upload content and personal information you have the right and permission to use and share. The final terms must define ownership, the service licence and treatment of shared contributions after deletion.
5. Acceptable and safe use
Do not use Timule to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate or endanger others, upload unlawful or privacy-invasive content, interfere with service security, or use location and AR to enter private, restricted or dangerous places.
Complete Community Guidelines, enforcement and appeal rules still require approval.
6. Location, maps and AR
Location, maps, sensors and AR can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Timule is not a navigation, emergency or safety service. You remain responsible for your surroundings and lawful access. Seeing a Memory does not give permission to enter private, restricted or unsafe areas.
7. Reports, blocks and moderation
Timule includes tools to report Memories and messages and block accounts. Reports may be stored and reported content may be hidden from your view. Final review authority, enforcement, response, appeal and urgent-escalation rules remain under review.
8. Notifications and third-party services
Timule may provide device, social, Journey and nearby-Memory notifications. Authentication, hosting, maps, notifications and AR depend on third-party platforms and device capabilities. Their own terms may also apply.
9. Availability and account action
The service may change, and features may be unavailable by device, region or technical condition. Final rules for maintenance, feature changes, suspension, restriction, termination and notice still require approval.
10. Legal terms still required
Warranties, liability, consumer protections, governing law, disputes, assignment, severability, changes and formal notices require legal drafting and are intentionally not stated as final terms here.
