Legacy Lab Ltd collects your contact details, report and any signature to investigate concerns, take safety action and communicate with you. Relevant information may be shared with service providers or authorities where necessary and lawful.

We retain only information necessary to resolve the case, protect the service, meet a specific legal duty or establish or defend claims. An outstanding investigation, legal obligation or genuine claim may require longer preservation. Retention and access must remain proportionate to that purpose.

For the depicted person or someone authorised to act for them. This includes real or digitally altered intimate content published without consent. A TAKE IT DOWN Act notice needs contact information, enough information to locate the content, a brief good-faith statement about lack of consent and a signature. Missing information may require follow-up; sending the form does not itself confirm a valid statutory notice or removal.

For a valid notice covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, Timule must remove the content as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receipt, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies.

If you are reporting a concern about someone else without their authorisation, choose “Report content or safety concern” instead. You do not need their authority to make a general safety report.
