Timule account

Delete your account

Use Timule for the quickest deletion option, or send a request if you cannot access the app.

How account deletion works

  1. In Timule, open Settings > Account > Delete account.
  2. Choose Schedule deletion or Delete permanently now.
  3. Confirm your account using your usual sign-in method.
  4. If you schedule deletion, your account is deactivated and its content is hidden. You have 30 days to sign in and recover it.
  5. After 30 days, recovery is no longer available and permanent deletion begins. If you choose Delete permanently now, there is no recovery period.

If you cannot access Timule

Fill in the form below if you cannot sign in or use the in-app option.

Sending this form starts a review. It does not delete your account straight away.

Legacy Lab must first verify that the account belongs to you.

Never send your password, sign-in code or recovery key in this form.

Use the email address you registered with Timule.

Add anything that may help us find and verify your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your Timule account and profile
  • Memories you created and their media
  • Memory Journey ownership and membership data
  • Social connections and related account data
  • Notifications linked to your account

Some contributions in shared spaces, such as comments, may be anonymised instead of removed.
