Delete account
Delete your account permanently in Timule, or send a request if you cannot access the app.
How account deletion works
- In Timule, open Settings > Account Management > Delete account.
- Read and confirm the permanent deletion prompts.
- Confirm your account using your usual sign-in method.
- Permanent deletion starts without a 30-day waiting or recovery period.
- You cannot recover the account after permanent deletion is confirmed. Some data cleanup may continue after you are signed out.
Deactivation is different
Deactivation hides your profile and content until you sign in again. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
If you cannot access Timule
Fill in the form below if you cannot sign in or use the in-app option.
Sending this form starts a review. It does not delete your account straight away.
Legacy Lab must first verify that the account belongs to you.
Never send your password, sign-in code or recovery key in this form.

- Memories you created and their media
- Memory journey ownership and membership data
- Social connections and related account data
- Notifications linked to your account
Comments in shared discussions may remain with the author shown as “Deleted account”. See the Privacy Policy for details about records that may remain.
